Milk does a body good… NOT!!!

“Media, Media on the Wall. Who’s the most deceptive, of them all?”

Many people think that cow’s milk builds strong bones and teeth, and that it is essential for good health due to the calcium content, however, this is not the case. The calcium in cow’s milk is pasteurized and therefore inorganic which means that it is unusable to the human body.  The only type of milk which is fit food for humans (in particular baby humans of course) is the milk of our own species.  Cow’s milk is designed to build a small calf into a cow which is often why children on cow’s milk grow big too quickly.  Cow’s milk is for calves, goat’s milk is for kids - not human kids but kids of the goat variety, dog milk is for puppies, cat milk is for kittens and human milk is for humans! You would never drink 4 glasses a day of monkey milk, elephant milk or giraffe milk would you? Sounds crazy, right? Then why would you drink milk from a cow?

FYI

From the age of about 3 years, humans no longer require the enzymes to break down the milk sugar or milk protein (lactose or casein) in milk, as their weaning period normally comes to an end at about this time. Therefore, from around that age many children no longer secrete those enzymes (lactase and rennin), and they become what’s referred to as ‘lactose intolerant’.  Many people around the world have allergies to milk and milk products and are unable to digest such substances.

Even if milk was good for you, it’s always pasteurized.

What is pasteurization?

Pasteurization was invented by Dr. Louis Pasteur in 1864. Dr. Pasteur discovered that liquids such as milk could be heated to a temperature slightly below boiling point which would destroy and eliminate harmful organisms (bacteria), viruses, molds and yeasts.

The main purpose of this is to make milk bacteria logically safe for human consumption and to increase its quality and shelf life.

By pasteurizing milk, Companies are prolonging shelf life without the product rotting and spoiling so quickly. Farmers and the powerful food and Drug Companies love this process because it makes them billions of dollars a year with as little effort as possible without killing us immediately. BUT…..ingesting toxic, altered, poisonous glow in the dark pus a few times a day is considered not life threatening.

We have been brainwashed by media and blinded by the medical industry. “They” feed on our fears, play on our lack of knowledge and expect us to believe such deceptive LIES!

Sadly, this fear has paralyzed parents and convinced mother’s from using common sense and convinced us to give cow’s milk (which is for a calf) to our own babies (which are human) or they will not develop properly and become very ill.

The truth is their “so called” “healthy product” makes them billions of dollars a year from us the misinformed, uneducated consumers.

There are two methods of Pasteurization

There are two methods of pasteurization which is heating a liquid to 145 Fahrenheit (63 degrees Celsius) for a minimum of 30 minutes usually or another method which is becoming popular with businesses today such as healthy fruit and vegetable juice bars. They flash pasteurize to prolong shelf or freezer life and seem to believe that heating a liquid or fruit, or juices at 161 degrees Fahrenheit (72 degrees Celsius) for a few seconds doesn’t destroy important enzymes or nutrients in the milks and or juices.

Well, their wrong! Heating any type of liquid destroys all enzymes and important nutrients the milk or juice once had.

Why would you spend your hard earned money on something that is dead, full of unhealthy hormones and drugs then chemically treated and altered? This is not in any way, the way Mother Nature created or intended us as humans to nourish our bodies.

Facts about Diary

Mucus-Forming

Cow’s milk is notoriously the most mucus-forming food on the PLANET. Casein, the protein component in milk, is a very thick and coarse substance and is used to make one of the strongest glues known to man.  There is 300% more casein in cow’s milk than in humans milk.

The casein in cow’s milk can clog and irritate the body’s entire respiratory system. Dairy products are implicated in almost all respiratory problems.  Hay fever, asthma, bronchitis, sinusitis, colds, runny noses and ear infections are all caused by the consumption of dairy products.  Dairy products are also the leading cause of allergies.

Excess Protein Causes Calcium-Deficiency

In 1930, the first study was published that showed that, in humans, a diet with a high meat content caused the loss of large amounts of calcium and a negative calcium balance. Due to the fact that animal flesh and it’s by products are extremely acidic. The body uses its stored reserves of alkaline minerals (mostly calcium) to neutralize the acids protecting the organs and tissues from being destroyed for as long as possible. So the more you consume animal flesh and it’s by products, the more you deplete your minerals, weakens our Immune System and puts our bodies in a fragile state to catch illness and or disease.

It has been shown clearly that when calcium is lost from the bones, which is often caused by excess protein in the diet, it is not just eliminated from the body.  This calcium in the body is picked up by the blood and deposited in the soft tissues - the blood vessels, skin, eyes, joints and internal organs.  Excess calcium combines with fats and cholesterol in the blood vessels to cause hardening of the arteries, the excess which ends up in the skin causes wrinkles; in the joints calcium crystallises and forms very painful arthritic deposits; in the eyes it takes the form of cataracts and in the kidneys it forms hard deposits known as kidney stones.

The calcium-depleting effects of proteins are not lessened, even when large doses of calcium are ingested. What must be remembered is that calcium is found in all foods grown in the ground and that they supply a sufficient amount of calcium to meet the requirements of both growing children and adults. Animals consume the plants and absorb the calcium - THAT’S WHERE THE COW GETS CALCIUM!

Importance of Calcium

Of all the minerals, calcium is the most abundant in the body, accounting for 3.2% of the earth’s crust. Its main use when accompanied by phosphorus, magnesium and vitamins A, C and D is in building and maintaining bones and teeth. It is a vital mineral in regulating the heartbeat, muscle development, preventing muscle cramps, protecting against blood clotting, protecting against colon cancer, helping in the transmission of nerve impulses, and contributing to enzyme function. It inhibits the absorption of lead into bones and teeth, eases restless sleep and regulates the passage of nutrients through the cell wall. Calcium is also used in balancing the pH level in the body.

Calcium is in every natural food that we eat. And, believe it or not, there are actually foods that are higher in calcium than milk. Little sesame seeds do not have the backing of a massive Dairy Board to advertise their nutritional quality. Yet a cup of these humble little seeds contains 2,200 mg. of calcium compared with the 280 mg. of calcium in a cup of milk.

All green leafy vegetables(kale, spinach. lettuces, collards), sea vegetables,  spirulina, chlorella, coconuts, cabbage, asparagus, broccoli, brewers’ yeast, figs, oats, dates, prunes, blackstrap molasses and all raw organic nuts and seeds contain incredible amounts of this essential mineral. All life on earth contains calcium.

The truth about Soymilk

Should our babies be drinking this stuff? You be the judge of that.

I noticed that there has been a lot of concern regarding us humans and our children drinking cow’s milk. People are starting to do there homework and are realizing that cows milk isn’t what it all that it is cracked out to be and that it has been the main problem to a lot of there children’s health issues. Some medical doctors, pediatricians, nutritionists, naturopaths and homeopaths are starting to open there eyes to the fact that dairy is the cause of the majority of infections, colds, flu’s, constipation, asthma in children and are educating there patients about these important facts and ask the parents to eliminate the dairy products and try alternatives.

Soymilk has become very popular in the majority of peoples homes. Most people want something different to use as a substitute. Well I’m sorry to burst your bubble but soy is just as bad as cow’s milk if not worst. Society had to come up with an alternative in order to satisfy people who could no longer tolerate cow’s milk.

Soymilk hit the market quietly and now has mainstreamed out of control. Soy is in just about everything you put your hands on in the grocery stores and supermarkets. Soy is in about 70% of all the produce you buy in your local grocery store.

New studies have shown some serious negative effects from this so call healthy product. There is concern whether Soy may actually be a major cause of breast cancer in women, affect brain function in men and lead to hidden developmental abnormalities in infants.

There are studies now that are proving that babies that are consuming daily soy based formulas and milks are at risk for major health problems from the time they are not even a year old.

Babies consuming Soy formulas will receive through the phytoestrogens from the Soy, the equivalent of approximately FIVE birth control pills per day! This is mind blowing madness! Ladies, think about that. (5 birth control pills per day for your small newborn baby). Would you take FIVE birth control pills a day?

How do “they” allow such a deadly product to be produced? It’s all about the money. Soy contains a natural chemical that mimics the female hormone, estrogen.

Studies have shown that this chemical can alter sexual development. Just by consuming 2 glasses of soy milk a day with the amount of chemicals in those 2 glasses it can completely alter and throw a women’s menstrual cycle off balance and have all our teenage girls developing at a unhealthy rate and size way before their time.(puberty)

Fermented Soyis the only soy that can be utilized by human consumption. Tempeh and Miso are the best choices for anyone who wants to still add soy products into their lifestyles.

Life after Diary

Transitioning to a dairy free lifestyle is not as difficult as you would think. The health benefits are well worth the sacrifices. There are so many great alternatives to dairy such as fresh nut milks (almonds, cashew, Brazil nut), seed milks (hemp, sesame, coconut, sunflower) or grain milks (oat, brown rice).

Freshly made milks are always best. (Especially for babies)
Health Food Stores do offer these types of milks. Just be sure to buy Organic and Raw if possible.
